What is AIDS?

Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS) is a recognized infectious disease in which the body's immune system is damaged and causes those with AIDS to be vulnerable to a number of serious, often fatal, opportunistic infections and cancers.

AIDS is short for: Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome

Dedicated to those infected or/and affected by HIV/AIDS

Everyday is AIDS Awareness Day. The fight against AIDS must start with you and me. Voices need to be heard. Spirits need to be lifted. Knowledge needs to be shared. It's all about taking action. Together we can fight the pandemic.
