The
Storms of Life Against Your Attitude
When the sun seems to rise in the
west
and set in the east,
when fellowship seemingly offers no help,
When friends and loved ones fall away on account of you,
When the looming gloom seems to fall only on you,
A time when dreaming seems more pleasant than reality
Know that what affects you directly affects others indirectly!
When your strength has reached its
tether,
But you are not yet out of the woods…
Know that Jesus' strength fails not!
When you want to speak
Yet your tongue is glued to the roof of your mouth
Ask the Lord and utterance shall he give you.
When with your wisdom you save…
Yet no one takes heed of your call.
When all you do seemingly falls on barren land,
Do not cast away your confidence it has great rewards.
When the fate of all humanity falls
on you
And like Job you want to curse the day of your birth
Know that the Lord knows how to deliver his elect
For all things work together for the good of them that love Him
When all seems downright, vicious and unpleasant
Open your eyes and the Lords blessing you will see
For the storm hits the hardest when your blessings are about to overtake
you.
When you are caught in the worst
of circumstances
Your attitude is more important than your aptitude
And when you sow a thought you reap an attitude
When you sow an attitude you reap character,
And when you sow character you reap destiny
For they that sow in tears reap in joy.
Sow the right thought
And allow it to take you to your destiny
Remember, no situation comes upon you
That you are not given enough strength to bear
