All our products/items will be supplied to customers only if
they are clean 1.
dry cleaning and cleaning of all products will be done by us. 3.
Repairs or alterations to all products/items e.g. wedding
gowns/dresses, veils, flowers and other products will be taken
by us. Customer's
responsibilities 1.
Customers are asked to take full responsibility and care of
any products/items hired and ensure that are returned in
almost same condition as first hired. 2.
We ask that customers check the goods e.g. Wedding
gowns/dresses, hats, veils and all hired products/items for
any damages before hiring them. 3.
Ensure that goods are returned in the time suggested in the
Order form, otherwise there will be a charge/day if goods are
not returned as dated. 4.
We ask clients not to take up any responsibilities of
cleaning, repairing or altering any hired products. 5.
Read and understand out terms and condition before hiring any
goods and signing the agreement. 6.
Please keep to our terms and condition. Important
Notes 1.
Products/items will only be carried out of our trading
premises only on advanced of hiring price plus the 50%
deposit. 2.
No products/items shall be hired on credit. 3.
No alterations or repairs should be done to any hired goods.
Customers may be charged for taking unauthorised actions. 4.
No products should be cleaned or taken for dry cleaning by Our
customers, there may be a charge for doing so and we shall not
take responsibilities or pay for any expenses incurred in
doing so. 5.
All repayments will be made in cheques ONLY. 6.
Customers will be held liable for any lost or damaged goods. How

paid (2wks) in advance to allow time for processing and
clearance of the cheque before goods could be collected. 3.Installments We
request that all installment payments be made well in advance
